About Project Pretzel

Our Story
I am a builder by nature. I have spent years in software, designing systems that make things work better. When I started helping on construction jobs, I saw something I could not ignore. Crews showing up at the wrong time. Conflicting designs. Specs not aligned. Contractors driving to a site and leaving with barely any work done because something else was not ready. Deadlines slipping. Budgets stretching. Owners paying for extended stays because projects ran long. Materials reordered because numbers were off.
The talent was there. The effort was there. The system was not. So Project Pretzel was created.
Pretzel brings schedules, tasks, budgets, documents, and updates into one shared workspace so everyone operates from the same truth. Less collision. Less waste. More progress.
Being in the AI space has shown me what is coming. Disruption is inevitable. More people will take on projects themselves. More homeowners will look for clarity and control. That is why Pretzel also supports the do it yourself path and connects people to professionals through Pretzel Knot, a directory grounded in real project work and real proof.
