1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Project Pretzel platform, including Pretzel App and Knot (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Project Pretzel provides a dual-product ecosystem: Pretzel App, a SaaS project management platform for renovation projects, and Knot, a verified contractor directory. These Services are designed to connect homeowners and clients with construction professionals.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

4. Contractor Verification

While we make reasonable efforts to verify contractor credentials, licenses, and insurance, Project Pretzel does not guarantee the accuracy of any information provided by third parties. Users should independently verify contractor qualifications before engaging their services.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Subscription fees for Pretzel App are billed in accordance with the plan selected. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase for annual plans.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (portfolio images, reviews, project data). By uploading content, you grant Project Pretzel a non-exclusive license to display it within the platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not: submit false information, harass other users, attempt to circumvent security measures, use the platform for unlawful purposes, or scrape data without authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability

Project Pretzel is not a party to any agreement between clients and contractors. We are not liable for the quality of work performed, disputes between parties, or any damages arising from use of the Services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
